High Speed Internet - I'm talking about data links between continents - and is blazing fast compared to what most people are used to that researchers have found a way to make it even faster, improving signal reliability.
The problem with traditional optical fiber lines is that they have to transfer data through a long distance. Doing so means that you will have a lot of energy to help push the data over, but in the process, add interference (or noise) in Eq.
A common method of managing interference noise is inverting its phase conjugation. The entire process is more easily understood with regard to the form of noise canceling headphones work. To demonstrate this, the team recently sent data from nearly 8,000 miles at a speed of 400Gbps with few errors. Fewer errors means more data can be sent as the originals should not suffer so often.
